Frequently asked questions

What counts as a "Verified Member"?

People who have joined and are verified count, including staff and administrators, whether or not they logged in recently. Imported contacts, pending invitations and unverified records do not count.

What happens if I exceed my tier limit?

You have a 14-day grace period to upgrade. Members keep access. If you remain over the limit for another 14 days after the grace period ends, new invitations are paused until you upgrade or return below the limit.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

You can change paid plans: the change applies immediately, with the difference prorated on your next invoice. If you cancel your subscription, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Do you offer discounts?

The published plans use fixed monthly USD prices based on verified-member capacity. Contact us for a custom Enterprise plan.
