Give graduates a reason to keep coming back

Re-engagement sticks when there is something in it for the alumni: finding a classmate in the directory, an event worth the RSVP, a job where a fellow graduate already works, a mentor who went down the same path. Alumnia puts all four in one place.

Alumnia admin dashboard with engagement metrics

Admin tools without the enterprise complexity

Invite your alumni list, approve members, and measure engagement from a dashboard designed for a small alumni-relations team — not an advancement department of twenty.

A real native app, not a web bookmark

Alumnia ships native iOS and Android apps. Push notifications for events, messages, and mentorship — where your alumni already live: their phones.

Frequently asked questions

What does alumni management software do?

It gives schools, universities and business schools a private community where graduates manage profiles, find one another, attend events, share openings and ask other alumni for advice. Availability depends on institutional settings.

How is Alumnia priced?

Plans have published flat monthly USD prices by verified-member capacity. Verified staff and administrators count even without recent activity; contacts and pending invitations do not. The pricing link below shows the Free limit and each paid tier.

What can we import, and is an imported contact already a member?

Import a CSV and map its supported fields. Email is required; names, class year, education, company and configured custom fields are optional. A contact record is not a joined, verified member. People still join through the institution’s configured invitation and verification flow. Importing a CSV does not grant institution-administrator permissions. The directory workflow below explains the separate records.

Who can export the alumni list, and what does the CSV contain?

Authorized institution administrators can export the member or contact list, including a filtered list. The export requires administrator access to that institution and is subject to limits and an audit record; ordinary members do not get this administrative export. It contains the supported list fields, not all messages or activities. Review the columns and intended recipients before moving data to another system.

Can we keep our CRM? Which integrations are available?

Yes. Keep your CRM for its existing responsibilities and transfer supported records through CSV. A configured Mailchimp connection supports audiences, segments and tags. Member synchronization respects marketing consent; it does not synchronize every CRM. Salesforce, HubSpot and Slack are not available native integrations: their listings are marked coming soon. Alumnia is not presented here as a complete admissions or fundraising CRM replacement.

Who can see member contact details and map locations?

The directory is for the institutional community. Member email and phone are visible to their connections and authorized community administrators; other members need to connect first. The map uses approximate saved city locations, not live device tracking. Members edit their own profiles and review suggested LinkedIn changes where enabled. The privacy policy below explains the broader data terms.

Where can we review privacy, contract and compliance documents?

Read the current privacy policy and terms using the links below. For a DPA, subprocessor list, legal basis, retention or erasure requirements, contact us to confirm the available documents and the scope your institution needs before procurement. Do not assume that a requested document, certification or completed legal review is available from this FAQ. This page describes product controls; it is not a compliance certification.
